Instructions

• Position the blade to the angle wanted
• Tighten the Set Screws
• Adjust for the width with the Thumb Screws
• Start to pull with needle nose pliers
• Pull straight holding the lace in place with your finger & (fingernail on 2nd cut)

Strap and Lace Beveler Description

• Mainly for the Saddlemaker
• Has 15 & 30 degree angles
• Uses a double edge carpet razor (Break blade in 1/2 or cover exposed edge with tape)
• Can bevel from 1/32” to almost 1”
• A 15 degree angle is recommended for back skirts
• A 30 degree angle is recommended for saddle strings

Lace Beveler

• Has 30 & 40 degree angles
• Use with a single-edge blade
• Can bevel from 1/32” to almost 1/2”
• A 30 degree angle is recommended for leather lace
• A 40 degree angle is recommended for rawhide
